Flood Damage to Workshop and Office in St Asaph
This business in St Asaph was badly damaged with the contaminated flood water that had consumed most of St Asaph. As illustrated in these photograph's the shop and office both required a complete refurbishment, work was carried out in two stages so to limit the disruption to business.
Stage one included stripping out of the shop before it could be cleaned, sanitised and dried of the contaminated flood water. Floorboards required stripping from the flood damage and new floorboads were laid. It was also necessary that the workshop walls were insulated for soundproof and heat initially then full plastering and decorating took place.
Stage two of the work incorporated stripping out of the office again before this could then be sanitised and dried. Walls required full plastering and decorating and new carpets were laid throughout the office. Furthermore, a new boiler and countertops were fitted to conclude the work.
