Severe Flood Damaged St Asaph

Contaminated flood water in St Asaph and required a complete restoration of the bathroom and kitchen fittings and the bedroom, this also included removal of the damaged floor boards throughout.  Furthermore, the fireplaces and a new boiler were replaced to this building.

This property in St Asaph was thoroughly damaged throughout the downstairs of the house from the contaminated flood waters.  As demonstrated in the current photographs the property required being stripped then cleaned, sanitised and dried from the contaminated flood waters.

This property in Wrexham had been extensively fire damaged. Smoke damage had been caused to 3 of the bedrooms, the hall stairs and landing, the bathroom and the dining room.  The owners of the property were living at the property while the work was being carried.
